JobPreScreen.com by Ioka LLC provides resume evaluation services to individual job seekers and recruiters. Job seeker resumes may eventually be searchable by recruiter customers, but resumes submitted for evaluation by recruiters will only be searchable by those recruiters.

3. Registration

To use our services, users may need to register and provide accurate information. Users are responsible for keeping their account details and passwords confidential.

4. Use of Service

• Job Seekers: By submitting your resume, you grant permission for it to be searchable by recruiter customers eventually.
• Recruiters: Resumes you submit for evaluation are private and can only be accessed by you.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

• Misrepresenting their identity or qualifications.
• Using the service for any illegal purposes.
• Accessing other users' accounts without permission.
• Uploading or spreading viruses or harmful code.

6. Payment

Some services on our website may require payment. All payments are to be made through accepted payment methods as listed on our website. Payments are processed by Stripe, and for customer security, JobPreScreen.com by Ioka LLC does not store payment method details. Services are purchased in advance. No refunds will be offered under any circumstances. Accounts with unused credits that have been inactive for 36 months or more will be deactivated and those credits will no longer be available for use.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account without notice if we believe there's been a violation of these terms.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is." We use generative AI to produce the content you receive through the use our services, and we make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of our services or the generated content.  

9. Limitation of Liability

JobPreScreen.com by Ioka LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

10. Intellectual Property

The content, design, and software of our website are owned by JobPreScreen.com by Ioka LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Utah in the United States, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the same jurisdiction.
